I am biased since I am a Co-Founder...so there's that. However, myself and our co-founder believe that when the tide rises, all boats rise. Startup's are grueling in that they operate on a very lean budget and that truly tests the metal of the employees, however, it also affords an opportunity to grow "intellectual muscle" in allowing greater visibility and scope in the operations and providing everyone to be a true stakeholder.
