Can be overwhelming at first, but it is rewarding if you stick with it

SecureData management and staff are all great people, yes personalities are across the board but that's given in any work environment, but I will say that everyone genuinely cares about the success of the company. Its been almost a year working with the Los Angeles and Ohio teams and I have no complaints. Any issues that exist are common at any business, whether they are small/medium/large. Eveyrone has a voice and an opportunity to grow. Lots of departments and varied products/services to learn about, which in turn offers opportunity to help shape the company.

Not many, its hard to say publicly as issues are always resolved or worked on rather quickly. To call out one or a few instances is naive and not appropriate to share. If you are ok with a DIY and startup opportunity, you got this. If you need super structure, maybe this isn't the place for you.
