Pros

From 2015 to 2020, an amazing onsite leadership with an [employee-first] approach. From 2020 onward, the [client-first] approach killed all department trust and motivation.

Cons

Non-existent EMEA management or culture. All decisions come from HQ: employees are very rarely consulted on department decisions. Management is allergic to critics and feedback, ruling with an iron fist against popular department opinions. Communication only goes one-way: from managers to employees. Employees must be aware of all comms at all times but employee emails and queries sent to management are ignored for weeks. Suffocating micro-management. Zero transparency and internal company communications: EMEA company benefits are outdated and it is never a priority to refresh them. Achieving yearly goals does not guarantee a salary raise, due to overly vague yearly goals. If any raise, it rarely matches post-2021 inflation.

Pros

They allow their employees to run autonomously with no "micro-management."

Cons

They base all decisions on short term, bottom line criteria. Dozens of analysts and technicians were terminated immediately after a large contract was not renewed. 7 year veterans were let go within 30 days of the contract termination. No strategic plan for growth or in anticipation of client flux.

Pros

- Great salary. - Good culture. - As for work life balance, you may get a shifting schedule due to operational needs but once you're off the clock, you're done done.

Cons

- Could be too hectic or fast-paced for some people. Not for me because I'm learning a lot and no pressure on my side.
