Pros
First and foremost, the team that has been assembled at SecureVision is by far one of the most competent and cohesive units I have ever worked with. There are no weak links within the ranks, and every team member is just as committed to their colleague's success as they are to their own. The culture is one that promotes a healthy work/play balance and there are lots of laughs to go around at the daily meetings. Because SV is continually growing, the leadership needs and is committed to cultivating the personal growth from its employees. The weekly one-on-one meetings go beyond the work at hand, and into ensuring you're taking steps to grow in your personal life as well. While this may seem altruistic (and it mostly is), it's a practical way to get the best out of everyone. SecureVision is a great a place to work if you're up for the challenge. The standards are high, but if you're lucky enough to become part of the team, they will commit the resources to enable your success.
Cons
Most of the team works remotely, so if you're used to working in an office space, that might be a con.
