Pros
Seems to really support its permanent staff who are very capable and hardworking! There are some great opportunities should you be motivated enough to persevere and find them, leading to some potentially great experiences. Additionally some might appreciate the quiet environment.
Cons
I have trouble recommending this job to new employees because there really isn't great training, or any sort of support outside some great peers who are willing to help when they aren't swamped with work. In addition this is very much a company in transition; as a result the vision is not clear and many aspects may seem ambiguous. The leader is very sociable, but ultimately not very good at supporting new employees. His approach to coaching comes off initially as powerful but lacking consistent follow up. Pair this with a non confrontational attitude and rash decision making and it can leave a little to be desired. Communication comes off as muddied and over reliant on corporate jargon leading to confusion rendering criticism and personal growth ineffective.
