No longer a great place to work - Anonymous employee Securian Financial Employee Review

I've been here 18 years and leadership continues to show they don't have a working strategy over the past 3 years or so. Just announced a round of large layoffs, outsourcing abroad, increasing rto. All because of "expense challenges". Meanwhile they keep spending on over the top building upgrades, commercials, and are bidding for naming rights on the xcel center. Just like every other company now who listen to the same consultants. Take care of employees! Pay continues to be low.
