- Limited benefits + perks - (pseudo-con, depending on career priorities): the product/solution is a software in addition to a full managed service. The managed services component means the EM role has responsibilities beyond traditional CSM tasks of tracking key stats and setting up QBRs. More of a hybrid Project Management / Customer Success role. Great for those aiming to expand scope of skills or undergoing career transitions! Those looking for a very traditional CSM role might not find that here.
