Pros

The few hard working engineers that made-do with the toxic situation.

Cons

If you like to work in a place where work-life balance is non-existent, senior management turns a blind eye at the issues with the product, a select few 'old timers' within the Company think they're the pinnacle of knowledge and thus can't be questioned, where going after new clients is more important than addressing the issues with clients to maintain client-loyalty, and, in turn, solution confidence...(and the list goes on...), then this is the place for you.

I am so sorry to hear about your experience while you were at Securonix. Please know – this is NOT at all what we are striving for and we are working tirelessly to change the culture of work-life harmony at Securonix. In fact, I was brought in as the Chief People Officer last summer to help with this. We are doing my best to listen, not just hear. I truly appreciate you bringing this feedback to our attention so we can continue to work on our balance and become our best version within the organization. Wishing you all the best! - Dilshan, Chief People Officer

Pros

Work from home and flexible time off. Get your feet wet at a cybersecurity company.

Cons

Silent layoffs happen almost continuously. One day someone is there, they next they are not, with no warning or comment about it. Leaves for a very negative work environment. On a similar note, leadership is bullish and they will literally laugh in your face at your work, or worst ghost you into thinking a decision they made never happened.
