      Inconsistent scheduling, some days are 12 hours some days are 4 hours.

      They typically hire good people to work with. If the company is managed correctly you can make a lot of mony for a part or full time cleaning job.

      Cons

      The hours are inconsistent and can change during the day when you're already on the job. It's hard, grueling and detailed work.
