_ The art direction is absolutely non existent _ They refused to pay in real money instead of crypto, when a lot of the team was getting paid real money. _ The CEO wouldn't stop micromanaging everything and everyone and would make comments like "Females need to look more sexy, less chubby, and males need to be more heroic". _ Management was terrible, didn't make sure artists got basic things like briefs and references, there was absolutely no sense of a team whatsoever. _ At the time of getting layed off along many others, the art director didn't even bother saying goodbye, despite him being the one choosing who was getting let go.
