The pay, benefits and perks at Seeker are great, and a lot of the people there are really wonderful to work with. It's a good place to hang out and make some decent cash for a little while before moving on.

Unfortunately, good pay and perks only go so far. The executive of the company have very little experience running staff, and this trickles down into a somewhat awkward work culture. They are very vocal about valuing transparency and honesty, yet any constructive criticism is viewed as a personal attack. I believe that they are doing their best, but their behaviour is often counter-productive to the actual work of the company.

- poor business strategy, forced into getting serious about business direction after company satisfaction survey showed how many were unhappy with being directionless - have shifted direction several times in the short span of the company - upper management is completely disjoint with the software field, or any applications of software to real life.
