      Business model is big picture focused vis-a-vis a single product driven process.

      Cons

      Company recruiter overstates the opportunity. Provided leads are anything but viable. Days and days of cold calling results in zero opportunities. Absolutely no back up or support by management.

      Pros

      The company offers excellent training programs that helped me learn and grow in every possible way. I am able to have a good work/life balance and am rewarded for the hard work I put in. In addition to enjoying the perks of working for a renowned company in the industry, working here has helped me get good pay, a health savings account, and better benefits.

      You have to be very focused to have good productivity.

      "Leadership" in FL were terrible. No coaching/development, just rude "feedback", You were not a person to them just a number.
