      Good ambiance, alot of work activities, Real Team work between division.

      Cons

      Very poor Pay, management without control of divisions, Upper management without direction. Very frustrating to move up!!

      Pros

      Great place to work! You get uniforms, paid vacation, sick days, bonuses, health, dental and life plans, 401k, etc. Every office is kind of a museum with real paints from Latin American artist, so if you enjoy art that is a pro!

      Cons

      My only complain would have to be a couple of upper management people, but in all honesty, every company has some crazy or lazy people as bosses.
