Pros
The top management can be a bit nitpicky at certain times, but usually only when they are starting to feel like too many mistakes are being made, which is a legitimate concern. Working in the call center was the easiest job I ever had. A lot of Netflix and surfing the internet between calls and emails. The branch manager for Austin is a great guy and will treat you like a person and not just an employee. Being a tour guide is a bit more difficult, but if you don't like working in an office all day, it's great and you get to ride a Segway all over downtown Austin.
Cons
Customers can be irritating and absent minded since most of them are on vacation and they expect the world. Back to back tours as a tour guide can be draining, especially if you're not a big people person. If you work in the call center, you will be alone most of the day and there's times where you will be so bored it's unbelievable. You'll run out of things to watch on Netflix. If a tour guide is late in any city or doesn't show up, it gets stressful and customers will take it out on you as you frantically try to figure out how to explain to people who already paid money that they can't go on a tour. Same thing when it rains.
