Pros
I would rate SeidoPro positively overall as it had a nice work environment and the company genuinely cared for its employees. However, there were a few individuals in management who would take things personally, which could make working with them a bit challenging. Nevertheless, I believe this is a common experience in many companies and did not significantly impact my overall experience at the company.
Cons
One supervisor and manager take things personally, which leads to unfairness in salaries. New employees may get ahead simply because they have closer relationships with the manager and the supervisor.
