      Pros

      The work is fulfilling. You get a lot of experience in a short period of time. Lots of flexibility with both working time and the unlimited PTO. Leadership is always asking themselves what they can do better for their employees and clients.

      Cons

      Learning and growth are encouraged but one must look externally to find it often. The work ebs and flows.

      Seiso’s leadership team is committed to employee growth and development. The company embraces diverse opinions and creative problem solving, with a focus on creating modern, sustainable solutions for their customers. Consultants are given training and autonomy to continually expand their skills and are rewarded well for going above-and-beyond. The team is intelligent, kind, and enjoyable to work with.

      The workload is heavy at times and can tend toward longer hours.

We are actively hiring to provide balance to our increasing workload while improving our teams' work life. Further, we have implemented methodologies to monitor, manage, and improve our operations. Some of these include Employee Satisfaction, Capacity Management, and Work Focus -- where we track the ability of our teams to focus on tasks while decreasing the negative effects of context shifting and interrupts.
