      Incredible team . Little or less no politics . Direct interaction with higher management. Old company yet highly adaptive to the ever changing technological scenario .

      It is a small organization. One gets to interact with people from all the departments and enhance one's learning experience.

      Cons

      Due to the slump in the industry most of the processes are on hold or have been shut down.
