Pros
None. So many things wrong with management there.
Cons
Horrible. Was told there would be more opportunity for commission, advancement, and certifications. None of which ever happened. Instead I was told that I would not be paid for the office being closed during a snow storm; however, the other office member would be paid for 2 days. In addition, when I took on 70% of her work to help her catch up (which is one of the main reasons I was hired) the recertifications she was assigned were not completed by the deadline and I was the only one to be written up. When I pointed it out during the meeting that I was not responsible for those files the new regional manager simply stated, "I know but I have to write someone up. " Then refused to approve my vacation time for 1 day to take a state test for a certification relative to the industry because those files were not completed, regardless of the fact I did all of the ones assigned to me prior to the deadline.
Many other examples I could list in my short time there.
