Great Office, better coworkers - Agent Support Specialist Select Bankcard Employee Review

Good company that wants to treat its employees well.

Can't think of any cons.

The office is really nice and most employees have either a private office or a window or both. The people are all great to work with and the work itself is really engaging. There's also great work-life balance.

There is a general lack of clarity in regards to what the various work requirements are. Everyone has the vision for the overall goal, but lacks the direction on how that goal will ultimately be achieved. As a result of this, it feels like we're constantly putting out "fires".
