*HUGE emphasis on Customer Support & doing the right thing
*All team members help one another and lift each other up (no competition or secrecy behind deals or agendas)
*Complete trust and accountability
*Encouraged to run with a plan or idea you have - with full support whether you succeed or fail
Cons
*The only downside is most people work remote. While this is a huge advantage for those of us with families and small children (who yes, have lives outside of work!), I do miss the camaraderie you get in an office and seeing people every day. However, the Management Team is doing a better job of creating face-to-face interaction several times a year
