      Pros

      Fair pay if you negotiate enough. Fairly consistent hours, although you made need to travel to other buildings to get them.

      Cons

      No recognition from the company that your an employee unless something is due. No holiday pay. Hard to get coverage for vacations.

      Pros

      Got to work in various setting within Christian Health Care community, mainly for their ALF and home care settings, but also had to cover their subacute facility from time to time. Opportunity for diverse settings.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth after 2.5 years of being there. Asked for a raise, they made me wait months to get less less than the bare minimum.
