Pros
I loved the facilities I've worked and the staff. I find that their pay rate tends to be higher than most.
Cons
92-94% productivity is absolutely ridiculous. No raises in 6 years, no sick pay, no continuing ed reimbursement, no overtime, the list goes on. Only one person in that discipline can take the holiday off. Everyone else has to cover self on the weekend. Big time micro managers. You can't DC your patients until the clinical manager approves. Feel like a number vs. an employee.
