      Great rehab team Great facilities to work in

      Cons

      Non existent benefits. No 401k matching, no holiday pay (you will work them though) freq deny overtime, you can work there for years and never even see a raise. No CEU reimbursement.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
