      Pros

      Honestly have nothing to say that’s positive. I enjoyed working with the other fellow therapists but that’s nothing to do with the company itself.

      Cons

      No wage increases. Micromanaging is too much. Medical benefits are very expensive and keep increasing. No sick days and forced to use PTO if you call in sick. No choice in that matter.

      Pros

      Got to work in various setting within Christian Health Care community, mainly for their ALF and home care settings, but also had to cover their subacute facility from time to time. Opportunity for diverse settings.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth after 2.5 years of being there. Asked for a raise, they made me wait months to get less less than the bare minimum.
