Pros
Flexible, direct mangers are great, paid vacation, full benefits.
Cons
No raises in 2 years, HR department is rude and not very helpful, everything is done in Illinois so it can be a struggle to get into contact with them or get any one on one help. Everything is done through email. Insurance sucks.
