Pros
None except a good rehab team/co-workers. This has nothing to do with the company I work for!
Cons
-There really is not PTO; you may accrue it, but have to go thru an act of congress to use it. If you get sick plan to make the time up and remember there really are no holidays! -Program managers are nothing more than upper managements puppets. They hold no power within the facility and are there only to pass along the unrealistic demands of the upper management and kiss the facilities rear-end. -Regional managers place unrealistic expectations on you daily. You will likely be asked to do some pretty shady and unethical things as well. My advice if you take a job with this company is learn the law/medicare rules and learn how to say "no". -Forget making clinical decisions. Upper management will let you know when you can discharge your patients. -No pay raises unless the facility is in a staffing crisis and you put in a notice. They will always offer you more money to stay. -No training if you get placed in to a management position - get ready to learn on the fly and get you butt chewed out when you screw up. -Unrealistic productivity standards for practicing therapists; expect paperwork to be done off the clock to keep numbers high. Labor board needs to be notified about this company. You will never work a 40 hour week and never get overtime! -Truly the worst company I have ever worked for. Take a job here only as a last resort. -Actually got diagnosed with situational anxiety due to work related stress by my physician while working here. Terrible employer.
