      Not much, my clinical lead is awesome which the only reason I don’t go back PRN. Select as a company not so much, just ask for more without giving us more. It’s a job.

      Pay lack of career growth. Required to work holidays or flex with no holiday pay could go

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
