      Leadership, try to be good example to others, but not always appreciated!

      Cons

      Needy team members, lack of computers, lazy non team players, poor accountability of higher ups (lack of support), get blamed for others messiness & clutter, limited staff!

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
