      I love my coworkers, great atmosphere, but that depends more on the DOR. Good insurance with blue cross blue shield

      Cons

      No pay increases, no holiday pay, no thank you for what you do, very strict about overtime, and do not like to hire PRN to help

      Pros

      Got to work in various setting within Christian Health Care community, mainly for their ALF and home care settings, but also had to cover their subacute facility from time to time. Opportunity for diverse settings.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth after 2.5 years of being there. Asked for a raise, they made me wait months to get less less than the bare minimum.
