Pros
In the mid 2000's to early 2010's a young professional could get a lot of experience working for Select. Extremely low pay but a good way to gain experience and transition to a better company.
Cons
Low pay, poor culture, top-down management, cost cutting lead to more and more cuts to employee benefits, no formal performance reviews.
