      Conventional rules and strong Leadership. Realistic work ethic, come to work to work, and be rewarded for working long, hard days. Enterprising empowerment with the tools the front line needs to do their job. Social and people oriented organizational culture. Creative talent is highly appreciated, in a team effort that is highly competitive.

      Cons

      This is a highly dynamic, realistic, results oriented culture where performance evaluation is the next step in the process. Insurance licencing and carrier certifications are hard. Retention after AEP is only for the top 20% of the team.

We always strive to be upfront with our recruiting and hiring practices. The top 20% of agents are guaranteed regular full time positions following the completion of the seasonal AEP role, but we are a growing company and have opportunities across the company.       Training was pretty good and they paid for licenses

      Cons

      Strange metrics and a lot of management changes, and a lot of chargebacks
