Clean safe working environment. Professional development. Great income earning opportunity. Very limited micromanaging if any at all. You are encouraged to set high expectations for yourself and hold yourself accountable. The company tries to reassign you if sales doesn't work out for you. They provide a great service to our elderly and really do try to get them the most comprehensive coverage at the most affordable price. They have also made it very clear not to sell someone a plan if their plan that they already have is better than anything we can offer them. They pay for you to get your licenses through reimbursement.

The company is growing so you have to reshuffle where you sit and by flexible.
