Pros
everyone is very approachable and friendly. we laugh a lot in the office and that's always a good thing. the compensation has significantly helped me and my family to the point that my wife may be able to give up her job in the near future.
the job itself isn't necessarily "difficult," however, it is challenging and helps develop different skillsets that you may or may not have coming into the position or not. management is always an easy message away on a daily basis, so for literally anything that you may need perspective on, a seasoned SelectQuote supervisor is no more than minutes away from responding.
the communication in the office is very unified and everyone is rowing the boat in the same direction.
there is short term and long term job/career opportunities here as well and they like to promote from within.
Cons
thinking negatively about the "cons" of anything is a mindset and a choice that i choose not to participate in and posting a negative opinion on the internet is like writing negative things on a bathroom stall at a gas station
