Pros
Free leads, ok benefits, work from home. The potential is there to make 100k plus.
Cons
If you don't meet the minimum production, they are quick to fire you. A lot of the people I started with got fired within the first few months. It's a tough job. You must be mentally tough. Some of the leads are good, some are horrible, and a lot are somewhere in between. Your will get a lot of transfers that don't have any interest or that mentally just aren't all there. You will get tired of dealing with some of the types of people that get transferred to you. Management will expect you to be on the phone talking to someone at all times. They encourage you stay working late every single day. It's a call center, telemarketer type of environment. If you are a good sales person there are better places to work and make more money selling insurance. I would say it's a good place to get your feet wet with life insurance, see if it's for you, survive in the environment for one year and then move on to a better opportunity.
