Pros
The money was good. Loved my job when I started on the senior side then went to PH Work from home
Cons
Saying it’s better you don’t take breaks Pushing you to always be on the phone You slip up on sales you pay for it later Constant changes No communication between management Half the time managers didn’t know what was going on Chats were out of line and not much correction to fix them Having to go over comp plan every month to make sure they are right if not you lose your money and doing it off the clock Losing contacts with different companies and not getting paid for the HRA’s you did even after it had been 2 weeks in and they didn’t tell you. Manager favorites Threats Having meetings during aep 2-3 times a week when we already worked a lot of hours Excited about helping people but it was having to twist peoples arm to sell them crap and if you didn’t sell it or “help them” it hurt you/money/leveling Not enough employees in PH so it creates burnout Watch your mental health Got sick with covid and affected leveling but said it didn’t Their system was not always correct with leveling Holding out on final leveling sheets before and after so you can’t see where you are until a couple days later or saying thing we’re down in that department that did it when they should be posting It’s a manipulative game they play TCPA not always done the majority of the time and we still were calling even though we didn’t get it Selling to Medicaid clients to make sales for SRX which 98% was some BS Reading scripts for us to say and if we messed up we got points deducted and at the end of the month we didn’t reach 90% we got a 10% deduction I could go on and on about Population Health Each department is different on how your treated and coached
