Pros
Flexible schedule, great training, solid equipment. I enjoy helping eligible clients navigate through complex Medicare options. Benefits are good, not great. There is a 401k match, but it's very low.
Cons
Management at this company is a mess. Within 6 months of being hired, I have had 4 different managers, the last of which moved over from a different department just days ahead of AEP (busiest time of year), which provided our entire team with inadequate leadership and resources due to inexperience. SQ also forced our training class to sign an acknowledgement that our job description has changed to include less lucrative roles. If you ask three managers the same question, you will get 3 different answers--if they even respond to you at all. Training classes are too large (150+), which means the only people getting help are the outspoken and/or confused trainees that most likely won't be around long. Even when asking for help reviewing my personal sales calls, I was left without direction or feedback for several weeks. It's extremely easy to fall through the cracks with this company.
