I don’t have anything good to say about this company.

Cons

Training was awful and not what they promised during the 1 month interview process. The they set for new trainees new in the industry were unreachable. This was a waste of time and has a very misleading management staff and a misleading sales pitch to the elderly.

Good Training Most supervisors are supportive Well organized

Cons

They lie constantly. They are constantly changing the metrics to make it hard for you to maximize your commissions and also it creates a reason to let you go. They let go most of the staff when season is over, even though they tell you, you are doing good.
