Good opportunities for career development and progression (including training, qualifications, promotions, career path). Good pay and benefits if you're on the old contracts (high pay, high leave entitlement, high sick pay) Good secure employment. Good pension.
Cons
Bad pay and benefits if you on the new 2016 contracts (significantly worse compared to pre 2016 employees). Poor wfh policy that only cares for presenteeism. Poor culture of known bullying and harassment by senior managers.
