      Lots of promises made when you join about an IPO and big dreams

      None of those are backed in any logic or reason Product isn’t very good and is in an overcrowded market Nice layoffs

      Pros

      Great work environment where people are supportive and always willing to offer a hand to help. Working on projects is fun and collaborative. I never feel like I’m stuck working on a something alone.

      Cons

      No real cons. Cross communication could be improved but the company is actively taking steps make communication more cohesive.
