Pros

Some of the employees are nice genuine people and easy to get along with. There are a few talented people who keep the company together and provide some sanity.

Cons

They think they are on the cutting edge, but their products and services are low quality at a high price. There are literally hundreds of competitors who can provide the same or better services at at much lower costs. The CEO and managers are not honest about company growth. They have been in start-up mode for over 15 years because they can't figure out what to sell and can't turn a decent profit. What a waste of money for investors.

Pros

- Vision is big, we have leaders in each department with clear focus and drive who do their best to go above and beyond - Positive/learning environment, where there is genuine desire to have everyone grow and people are willing to help - Everyone works as a team and actually have fun working together - Things haven't always been as good but during harder times management showed its dedication to trying to make things work and keeping its team together - The quality of the in house technology, its ability to scale and potential to build on and plug into is enormous, this along with a suite of strategic partnerships and integrations does give Sellpoints and its OMNI platform something that can easily drop into any ecommerce situation

Cons

- Things don't always go as planned but when issues do arise they are handled quickly and professionally - Resources have previously been hard to come by for various reasons and unexpected externalities, things happen, but there is strong commitment to growing and filling any gaps where needed
