The company, being relatively young and still operating largely in a "start-up fashion," embraced the operative motto that things are always changing. That is fine and to be expected.
However, I can only speak to the Customer Support space when stating that the whole division was plagued by uncertainty and poor communication from top to bottom, resulting in confusion and backtracking. Managers were promoted under questionable circumstances, leading to a lack of clear leadership skills across multiple teams.
Additionally, there is no structured growth plan (very vague), and feedback as a tool or habit is not encouraged, occurring only minimally. Because of these factors, more tenured employees tend to feel tired, frustrated, and passive—something that becomes evident within weeks of joining.
Lastly, the office culture pales in comparison to other companies targeting the same age group or industry. There are very few people in the office and even fewer English speakers. The facilities and in-office benefits are not motivating factors, especially after a while. Office parties or activities of any scale are kept modest and low-key. I think this is worth mentioning so as not to confuse it with a lively and vibrant workplace.
An extra mention goes to the Customer Support team HR (not based in Prague), who handled my exit very poorly—this alone took a star off this review.
