      Cons

      Pace can be intense – Things move fast, which can be challenging for those who prefer a more structured environment. Time zone coordination – With teams around the world, scheduling meetings across regions can occasionally be tricky. Some processes feel too rigid – As the company grows, certain procedures and structures can feel overly formal or slow to adapt.

      Pros

      Great people. You would make lots of good friends. The best part is to make lots of great connections inside and outside of work

      Cons

      Upper doesn't have an idea of what direction to follow to achieve long-term goals. The sales and CS organisation goes through changes every 2 quarters and would blame employees not to achive goals and targets.
