Pros

Facilities are good for employees. Lunch, Gym etc

Cons

The management here really sucks. They think employees are their slaves. They treat employees harshly with their behavior. Lots of internal politics inside India center. I would like to share some points on how they manage the center - 1) 20-25 employees and space rented for 60-70 peoples with and monthly rent of around 8 lakhs excluding electricity and other expenses. 2) 4 office help boys for 20-25 employees. One of them is relative of senior management. 3) For employees there is strict office time - 10:15 am. But the management comes at around 11:30 and leaves by 5 pm. Every employees knows what he manages and his caliber. The guy doesn't even speak proper English and one will die reading some of his emails. 4) I request the HR leadership team to do survey by taking feedback of the employees. So that they can have a clear idea of what monopoly is going on here. 5) None of the employees are satisfied with the things going here in India center. Most of them belong from the place itself so that makes them to stay here.

Pros

I have to say the experience has been everything I hoped for. The hiring process was straightforward and well-organized – communication was clear throughout, the interviewers were respectful of my time, and I always knew where I stood in the process. It never felt like I was left in the dark. Once I started, the onboarding was welcoming and the team made me feel like part of the group right away. My manager and senior management team has been genuinely supportive – open to questions, provides clear direction, and actually listens. There's a real culture of collaboration here where people are willing to help each other out. Semtech works on cutting-edge technology and it shows in the caliber of the people here. I'm excited to be part of Semtech and come to work. Highly recommend for anyone considering making a move.

Cons

I have nothing to criticize

Pros

I joined Semtech in May 2025 and it's been a great decision. From early on, my role was well-defined with clear expectations and a development plan that gave me something real to work toward — not just a job description, but a direction. Semtech's technology matters in the market, and that comes through in how the work is prioritized and communicated at every level. Highly recommend Semtech to anyone looking for a company where your contribution is visible and your growth is taken seriously.

Cons

The onboarding process for remote hires could be more structured, and there are a lot of internal systems to learn upfront — but you find your footing quickly.
