Pros

- If you can spend 5+ years in the company, you will be treated as family member. - If you are native of south region, your selection will be preferred over other candidates. - If you are related to some current employee, consider your selection done.

Cons

- All good talent have left the company in recent times. So you will not find anybody to guide and support if you are stuck somewhere. - Management style is downgraded to the lowest level possible. They have no idea on company roadmap. - Some people are holding upper positions but they have no idea what to do with their position. - HR department is very unprofessional. They are just typical employees involved in all sorts of tricks and tactics. - Tech stack is very old. You will not get chance to work on latest and greatest tools & technologies. - Very little trust among their employees. - Office location is out of reach of public transport. - No proper cafeteria. If you don’t bring home food, ordering food is the only option. - Your complaints might go unheard.
