- Great culture at the office I was at - Clear career development plan

Cons

- Not a great base salary even if someone is coming straight out of college. Lots of discrepancies surrounding pay. - Very numbers/KPI driven. The goals are definitely attainable, but some days it did feel like that's all that mattered.

They have some good people working here.

Cons

Major lack of training. Also, not enough recruiters internally to help close the deals that you bring in. So you pretty much develop business that you can't actually close. Why bother hiring BDMs/BDDs that they can't support to begin with..
