Pros
- Very friendly & welcoming people
- Agile work atmosphere
- Passionate, motivated & talented people
- Great learning for an intern. I was given fairly good responsibilities and it helped me learn a lot of things. So, if you're not clicking with the ideology, concept and motivation of Senic, it's not the right place for you.
- No explicit hierarchy, everyone has a voice. As an intern, I got to participate and share my views and findings myself in team meetings.
- Parties :D
Cons
- It may seem sometimes that efforts aren't showing fruits right away, and it could be a demotivator. But that's true for most consumer goods startups.
- I would have voted for a slightly more evident hierarchy and enforced domains of responsibilities. Being an intern, I am way too inexperienced to say if that would have helped or not.
