Co-workers are great besides management. Great PTO. 100% paid for health insurance for employees
Cons
Out of touch management with double standards. Hostile work environment especially as people have started unionization efforts. No in house HR instead overpaid HR Consultants report directly to the executive director who plays favorites. Tokenization of POC to seem like the organization cares about DEI.
