We get to work with a team of dietitians, sharing ideas, knowledge and collaborating on patient cases which has helped expand my skills as a dietitian! We see our patients for many weeks at a time so we really get to know each person and watch them transform their health in ways they didn't think were possible! I think our approach really works for patients and the long-term patient relationships are incredibly gratifying! Our admin team helps with patient scheduling and billing so that myself and the other dietitians can focus on patient care! The admin team also plans monthly team bonding activities and in-person get togethers which I really enjoy!

We work with patients who have a range of medical conditions and nutrition goals so our patient population works well for dietitians who prefer variety. Days can feel busy with patient sessions scheduled back to back but we do have time reserved to prep and finish charts.
