      Pros

      Overall independence. No micromanaging, which is great.

      Cons

      Not enough support (not enough employees), over demanding owners and leadership, too many hours, favoritism, nepotism, dishonest ownership, lacks front of house structure, poor 401K, bad benefits, long hours.

      Pros

      They have good work hours they work ALOT of hours and the pay is good but they don't really have good leadership so its not to stick. If you want to get something to eat on your break you can and the places around the area deliver.

      Cons

      They are not very reliable as when your going to work one day on one day off. They lack communication on letting you know ahead off time. And there's really no real management.
