Pros
You are encouraged from the get-go to make a difference to a business which is very close to the customer. Hence the experience gained in a short space of time is very broad and relevant. Light on red-tape and procedures. Early days, but I'd say career advancement opportunities are better than most.
Cons
The flip-side of light procedures is that the company is quite hectic. The senior leadership is US based and do not always take a global view.
